Terms of Booking

All bookings made with JK Physio are subject to the following terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to amend or cancel your booking, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full cost of your treatment. We understand that life is sometimes unpredictable but if we cannot fill your appointment, we lose income. We send you email bookings confirmations and reminders to help you stay organised and ensure no confusion. We give discretion in circumstances of personal emergencies or illness.
Payment
We will invoice you directly after your treatment and expect immediate payment by card or cash. We no longer accept cheques. Payment for invoices received for excess owed through your insurance policies must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date, either by BACS or by card remotely or in person by card. If you book your appointment online you will be required to make payment in advance online.
Private Medical Insurance
There are many insurance companies now, all with different levels of cover and different policy allowances. We ask you to contact your insurer prior to making a booking with us to clarify your Physiotherapy cover and ensure the correct claim number and amount covered. Please note you cannot book online if your treatment is overed by an Insurance company.
